L&#8217;objectif est de mettre les articulations \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement et de favoriser la mobilit\u00e9. Les exercices typiques au d\u00e9but sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cercles de bras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cercles d&#8217;\u00e9paules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rotations des hanches<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mouvements am\u00e9liorent la fonction articulaire, d\u00e9nouent les tensions et pr\u00e9parent le corps \u00e0 des efforts plus dynamiques. L&#8217;objectif est de pr\u00e9parer de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e la musculature &#8211; en particulier celle des jambes et du tronc &#8211; \u00e0 l&#8217;effort. Les exercices appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pas chass\u00e9s dynamiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mont\u00e9e \u00e0 genoux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skipping lat\u00e9ral (galop lat\u00e9ral)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mouvements favorisent la coordination, la stabilit\u00e9 et la vitesse d&#8217;attaque. Les exercices suivants sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e9gers coups d&#8217;ombre (sans balle) en mettant l&#8217;accent sur la technique et le rythme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Courts sprints<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercices de saut par-dessus la ligne de touche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces exercices activent le syst\u00e8me nerveux, aiguisent ta capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9action et am\u00e8nent le pouls au niveau de la comp\u00e9tition.
